We were outgrowing our house, so we decided to finish the basement to give us six total bedrooms. That way, each of the older kids could have their own space and the only ones who would have to share a room would be the two little ones. Fortunately, Duane was able to do all of the work (except the new carpeting) himself, so that saved us a ton of money. Wonderful layout--but whose house is this???? I mean I recognize Duane and it looks like your 'old' basement but NEVER have I seen the kids' rooms look so neat!! LOL!!
