Layout: "Simply Handsome"

This is a CT layout for a brand new kit coming out by Un-Leash-ed Scraps. It's called "Heart & Soul". I used a photo of Caleb in a tuxedo. He was the ring bearer in my brother's wedding a couple years ago and he always talks about how handsome he looked in a tux (he sure did).

Layout: "Bad to the Bone"

What a priceless photo! Caleb is so cool and - bad! He's quite the character! And so is our new addition, Riley. We adopted him back in October. He was a bit thin when we got him and we think he may have been abused / neglected. Now, he's made a huge turnaround and spends his days following us around and checking on everyone every few minutes. Must be a tiring job! I used a kit called "D is for Dog" by WM [squared] Designs.

Layout: "Copycat"

This is Logan's 15 month layout - technically. But most of what he was starting to do at this age was copying his littlest big brother, Thurman (maybe not such a great idea). This great kit is called "Partners in Crime" by Simply Scraps.

Layout: "Purmie 2.5"

This is Thurman's 2.5 year old layout. I came up with the title because he calls himself "Purmie", then I found this great kit that worked perfectly for it. It's called "Gadgets & Gizmos" by SuzyQ Scraps. Since Duane's been getting some OT because of the weather, I splurged and actually BOUGHT a few boyish kits because so many of them are more on the feminine side.

Layout: "Handsome Little Devils"

This was a CT layout made using the same kit as below ("Forever" by Un-Leash-ed Scraps). I made this layout first, but loved it so much, I made twin layouts for Thurman and Logan (I posted Logan's below).

Layout: "Angelic Little Devils"

This is Logan's Halloween layout. Funny how little boys can be angels and devils at the same time. I used a brand new kit from Un-Leash-ed Scraps called "Forever". Leasha has some great layouts on her website with this kit as well - they have Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day on them so they are extra yummy!

Layout: "From the Heart"

Abigail is so sweet. When she goes away for a few days (for instance, church camp), she makes me cards and gifts to open each day she's gone. I photographed all of my treasures I got during her recent trip to Fairview Outdoor School. She is such a precious little girl and I'm so blessed that she's my daughter. I used a kit called "Celebrate Love" by Shel Belle Scraps for this layout.

Layout: "How Bizarre"

I was shocked when I took my 14 year old for his routine eye exam and was told he had a cataract! He had surgery to remove it along with a lens implant and recovered quickly. And even though he wasn't thrilled to have the surgery, he's glad he did because he can see a whole lot better now! I used a kit called "Lucky Fish" by Mel Hains. I would have never thought to use these colors together, but I love how it turned out!

Layout: "Mommy's Little Monster"

This is another CT layout I did, this time with a soon-to-be-released kit from Un-Leash-ed Scraps called "Little Monsters". The kit is due to be released on December 20th. I call this the "toilet paper incident". I totally should have known he was being too quiet. Now if he'd only learn to use toilet paper for its real purpose....

Layout: "Holiday 2009 Family Portrait"

This was a CT layout I did with a kit from Shanmomto4 Designs called "Lift Me Up". Love love love the bright, funky colors! I used our family portrait that we just had taken the other week - I think it turned out great and the kids all cooperated wonderfully!

Layout: "Splash"

I don't have many layouts with pictures of me - because there aren't many pictures of me! Except for a rare occasion, I'm the only picture taker in the house. The only reason I used these ones of my swimming is because they are from the waist up - LOL. It was a blast swimming with all the kids even though the little ones weren't too sure about it! I can't wait to do it again! I used a mix of two freebie kits for this one - the papers are from a kit called "Splash" from The Scrapping Sisters. The elements are from a kit called "Spring Fling" which was a collab from Paradise 4 Scrappers.

Layout: Warm Memories

I am late posting this. I'm so sorry! Kids have been sick and life is chaotic with Christmas coming fast - too fast! This was a CT layout I did for Shanmomto4 Designs using a kit called "Winter Memories". The colors are fantastic and the elements are so cute!

Two Devilish Layouts: "Little Devil" and "Devilicious"

I did Thurman's "Little Devil" layout first and loved it so much, I did Abigail's Halloween page using the same layout but with different colors and elements. For Thurman's I again used Kristin Aagard Design's brand new kit called "Jailbird". Don't you love the horns, tail and pitchfork that came in the kit? Of course, Thurman isn't really a devil, but he does get into quite a bit of mischief and this layout is about a few particularly outstanding incidents. For Abigail's layout, I used a kit by Wicked Scrapz called "Devilicious". Even though she was techically a vampire for Halloween, I loved how this kit went with her costume. And vampires really are kind of devilish anyway, aren't they?

Layout: "Jailbird"

I saw this brand new kit by Kristin Aagard Designs this morning. It's called "Jailbird" and being that I have 5 boys (and 1 girl) who get into more than their fair share of mischief, I knew I couldn't pass this one up! I love Kristin's designs - they are always so adorable! I wasn't planning on redoing Christian's Halloween layout, but since he was dressed as a prisoner, I had to redo it using this kit!

Layout: "Apple of My Eye"

This is Logan's one year layout for the family album - whew, I am finally really getting some caught up! Of course, before I get fully caught up, there are a bunch more "to do" layouts added to my list. I am looking forward to doing an updated "Book of Me" if I ever get fully caught up with the other albums (wishful thinking probably).

Anyway, this layout turned out so great (IMHO). I wasn't sure about using pink on a boy's layout, but I think it's fine (Daddy might disagree). This was a freebie kit from the Stuff to Scrap's Blog Train called "Fall Festival". I love the colors - they aren't ones I would normally think about using together, but they look fantastic.
